You can sign up for one session at a time or register for a package that fits your personal goals, with follow ups to keep you on track to success. Counseling sessions range from:
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: Learn to eat well and stay healthy for life or manage a disease condition.
COUNSELING PACKAGES: A weight loss plan to take off anywhere from 5 to 50+ pounds.
Healthy Kids Program: Teaches kids to develop healthy habits and get the family back on track to eating better; also effective for kids who need to lose weight or stop gaining weight while they grow taller.

Shara began her career in consumer publications serving as nutrition and health editor for Family Circle magazine. She has written articles for Parents, Fitness and Walking magazine. Shara currently serves on the advisory board for American Baby magazine, writes for Kaboose.com and serves as editor of the New Jersey Dietetic Association newsletter, “News & Views.” In addition, Shara is co-owner of NutCom, LLC, a nutrition communications consulting company.
Shara had two books published in 2008, Chocolate, A Healthy Passion (Prometheus Books) and The Baby Fat Diet (Penguin). After completing a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Shara went on to receive a Master of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. |
