Shara Aaron is the group fitness director and AAAI certified group fitness instructor at Pennsbury Racquet & Athletic Club. She teaches pilates, kickboxing, spin, step, strength training classes and most recently, Piloxing®.  Shara is also a registered dietitian and counsels adults and children on a variety of needs including weight loss, athletic performance, eating disorders, and more. Shara currently serves as editor of the New Jersey Dietetic Association newsletter, “News & Views.”  In addition, Shara is co-owner of NutCom, LLC, a nutrition communications consulting company.  Shara is the author of two books, Chocolate, A Healthy Passion (Prometheus Books) and The Baby Fat Diet (Alpha) and writes articles for Family Circle, Parents, Fitness, American Baby, kaboose.com, and Walking magazine.     
      
After completing a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Shara went on to receive a Master of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Carol Ann Marusiak is passionate about Yoga both as a student and as an instructor. One of her greatest joys is sharing yoga with people of all ages, genders, sizes and abilities. Carol Ann is a Yoga Teacher Trainer and teaches a variety of classes including Yoga for Athletes and Yoga Therapy. Carol Ann’s Hatha style of teaching comes from the principles of alignment of B.K.S. Iyengar and his use of props to assist people to more fully embrace an Asana. Carol Ann is a registered Yoga-Alliance Certified 200-E instructor and a certified Johnny G Spinning instructor. Carol Ann recently relocated to Pennsylvania with her husband, George Chase, and her two German Shorthairs, Duchess and Bella. She has 2 grown children.

Jeanine Weed is married with three children, resides in Yardley and am employed as a teacher in the Council Rock School District. She has been involved in dance my entire life both for both enjoyment as well as the competition level. She has choreographed numerous dances for schools, productions and plays. With a passion for exercise, Jeanine started teaching Zumba with certifications in Zumba BASICS I, Zumba BASICS II, and Zumba Toning
Since 2001, Cristie Urglavitch has been leading and directing health fitness classes of all ages. Cristie currently holds certifications in group fitness, cardio kickboxing and personal training through AFAA, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also the owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow of Lower Bucks County. Cristie is a certified youth fitness instructor through Stretch-n-Grow, the world’s leading fitness program for children

Robin Masuda has been teaching step, floor aerobics, weight training and occasionally Tae Bo for 15 years. Robin is a physical therapist for the last 30 years and lives in Yardley with her husband and lots of pets. Robin has one son who is a junior in college.

Nina Hartigan started taking dance classes at the age of 2 at Turning Pointe Performing Arts Academy and continued her dance training through college as a member of Villanova University’s Dance Company. Nina has taught dance at Turning Pointe and Wendy’s Dance Center. She began teaching Zumba in 2010 and uses her dance background and training in all of her Zumba classes. Nina is a 3rd grade teacher in Ewing Township, New Jersey.

Alexis Hartman first explored yoga as a teenager and continued to develop her passion for health by studying various styles of yoga with renowned teachers throughout the years. She is a registered instructor with Yoga Alliance and is working toward her certification in Yoga Therapy. Alexis believes the benefits of yoga are for everyone, and her students include athletes, dancers, young children, teenagers, and senior citizens, as well as hospice and HIV/AIDS patients.
Laura Buchinsky is licensed to teach both Zumba and Zumba Toning classes.She previously studied dance for 15 years. She is a graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Accounting/Finance. Laura left the corporate world 6 years ago and transitioned to the world of a stay at home Mom. Her passion for dance and the need for a flexible schedule led her to the world of Zumba! Laura lives in Yardley, PA with her husband and 3 daughters.

Terri Scanlon has been teaching spin for 6 years.  She has been a member of PRAC for 11 years and facilitates a periodization training program annually from November through June, that is designed to help participants burn fat, gain muscle, and reach peak aerobic fitness levels.  She enjoys bike riding, yoga, staying physically active, out door activities, traveling, The National Parks, and time with friends and family.

 
Gary Mitchell has been a Spinning Instructor at PRAC for over 10 years, where he finds the clientele friendly and the atmosphere and professional colleagues second to none. With a passion for fitness training, Gary is a lifelong cyclist who discovered the magic of Spinning when it first came on the scene. Gary became a certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor in 2000 and has since qualified to Star Level 3 through his focus on continued education and development. Next stop Master Instructor! “Spinning is a really great cardiovascular workout for anyone and everyone. Every single class allows us to take our personal performance to new heights. There’s always something new to explore in a motivating group environment”. Gary enjoys designing rides that “mix it up” by incorporating the benefits of all of the Spinning Energy Zones (Endurance, Strength, Interval, Race-day). As a result Gary’s clients experience ever-changing programs, landscapes and musical themes for their Spinning workouts. “I take pride in keeping my classes new and refreshing. Motivating music sets the tone for a great Spin ride.” Beginning and Advanced riders alike are always warmly welcomed. Gary’s motto? “See you there for fitness and fun!”
 
Linda Carl has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2001. She has been certified in several different styles of yoga and studied with many of the nation's top "gurus". She continues to attend teacher trainings each year so that both she and her students can gain the benefits as well. Her vinyasa style classes blend breath, movement and connection to improve spiritual connection. She has been teaching at PRAC for 10 years now and enjoys working with the members and watching them grow in their practice.
